My boss no longer hates me. :-)
A couple of weeks ago he went to the Auto Show. He saw
a Miata. He wanted the Miata. Yesterday he bought a Miata.
Since I have the 'B and my co-worker has a '92 Miata, it's
our fault he wanted this car. As the logic goes.
He got an '01 M Edition, Emerald Green (almost BRG) and
a 6 speed, leather seats, cloth top. The works.
He gave us the keys an hour ago or so, and we took it for
a little fly, er drive.
I now have definite inspiration for getting my SUs rebuilt
and that ZS out-a-here. I'll never get close to the power
of this Miata, but I'll at least be able to get out of my
own way. :-)
Before you bad mouth the Miata. My boss is not one that has
time to turn a wretch. Something you get in and drive and
change the oil regularly is what many/most people want.
I guess I better get back to work, earn the company some
money so he can pay for the thing. :-)
