Those holes are for access to the adjusters. There should be a small plug to cover each hole during normal running. Regards, Lew Palmer I'm just curious about why there is a circular hole in the rear brake drums? It seems silly to put rubber boots on the emergency brake levers and then have an open hole in the drum.
