 Not to over do this, aero drag(form andsurface), plus minor variable amounts 
of tire and bearing friction, and not total weight of car and parts, are the 
determining factor of the limit of road speed(not referring to any 
acceleration) on a vehicle "at a given power setting". Light flywheels do not 
significantly increase power or road speed but do allow an engine to rev, not 
higher, but at a quicker rate, therefore also allowing the car to accelerate 
somewhat quicker. Figure out that run-on sentence, if you will. I'm falling
