Re. the $25K MGB's - In Bridgeport, Connecticut a number of years ago we had
a guy named P.T.Barnum. He said there was a sucker born every minute.
About ten years ago I came across a guy in Phoenix, AZ who was restoring
MGB's for $10,000. A few years later I had occasion to go to Phoenix on
business & went to visit this "shop." It was in a real low-rent district &
the "shop" was a group of open-front garages in which a few B's were in
various stages of restoration. It seemed to be a cheap operation that
produced decent results. I didn't buy one because I wasn't ready at that
time.
Over the years, I came across a few companies in SoCal doing B resto. I
think the company advertising this 25K B was one. Never made it to visit
them. But, even then, they were higher priced than others.
Based on the description & photos, these people are trying to recoup ALL of
the labor & parts that they put into restoring these cars. Are they worth
25K? No. But, if they want to spend that on doing a good resto, I'll
gladly pay them $15K for one of their cars.

'66 MGB - must be worth $30K if those are $25K.
