I just happen to have a like-new copy (second edition) that I'd be happy to
sell.  The receipt inside says that I paid Amazon $32.95 for it (+ $3.95
shipping) on 3/7/98.  I've since sold the B and am sticking with TDs.  First $30
gets it, and I'll pay the postage.  (Buy yourself a Christmas present.)
