There's your problem.  Castor is the forward or rearward
tilt of the "king pin" axis.  If the A arms weren't
correctly installed or one is longer or shorter, the link
thrust washers are thinner, worn, or omitted, etc. then the
lower pivot point (ball joint on US cars) would be located
further forward or backward.  Hence the change in Castor.
