I bought a small roll of heating duct insulation from a hardware store. It is a sticky back foam insulation about 1/2" thick with foil outer cover. Cut a piece to the height of the oil cooler and long enough to wrap around and stick back onto itself. Next spring peel it off and toss it in the trash bin.
