  OK,  #33 is the one you (and I) want.  See, it folds straight back. 
#32 is the one I have and so did the '70 B that I used to own.  On #32
the frame folds inwards right behind the header rail and then the rest
of it fold straight back.  Someone must have changed yours out, which is
what I plan to do when my present top wears out.
