#1 - heater box installation. No question.
#2 - transmission mount bolts
In fact, that's all I can think of for really PITA jobs on my Mk. I, and I
once had the engine and transmission out 3 times in 5 weeks.
On a Mk.II, anything behind the dashboard probably qualifies as #3.
