Mike,
I changed my fans around yesterday; took less than an hour. They sure look as
though they should be mounted the way they were, but when I turned them around
they blow a lot more air through the radiator :-)
This still didn't solve my above normal temperature problem, so I tapped
lightly on the sender. This was a mistake because now I get NO reading on the
temp gauge. One more lesson learned. Time to order another sender.

Just took a long hard look at my fans and lo and behold one is incorrect
(fan mounted backwards). Viewed from the front right hand one is OK, left is
not. Need to remove and turn it around. Car has never overheated but I'll fix
this week, weather permitting. Might be possible to just reverse the
electrical connector on left motor. That would leave me with right motor CCW
and left one CW. I'll let you know outcome later next week.
As I said in previous post the correct one has thicker leading edge on the
left when viewing the topmost blade from car front.
