Who was that masked man?

West-bound on I-90 near Rochester, NYaround 6 pm last night I saw a nice MGC.
I couldn't read the license plate, so I don't know where they were from. If
you are on the list, I'm the guy what flashed the yellow MG t-shirt. We were
in my daughter's Golf.
