Dennis,
Excuse if this is a repeat.
Check the 4 way flasher switch. When they get old the turn signals can go
out. The contacts inside get dirty. My 79 has an intermittent problem
like this that I narrowed down the the 4W switch but have not cleaned it
yet. Hope this helps.
