In Bob Stahlbush's comments, he states, "I replaced the crank, cam, pistons, rocker shaft...." My first thought is that he put the rocker pedestals in the wrong place and missed the oil hole in the top of the head. Second thought: a friend recently acquired a new rocker shaft that was not machined correctly and the oil hole in the shaft did not line up with the oil hole in the rocker pedestal.
