Hogwash (or however that's spelled). I've had a 13" Moto Lita on my car for
3 years now, and personally, I would never go back. The only reason a
smaller steering wheel could cause oversteer is if the person driving it
can't adjust to the extra sensitivity the shorter throw provides. Here are
some observations from experience:
PRO:
1) Shorter throw = greater sensitivity and less elbow-smashing while turning
fast ie: autocrossing.
2) More leg room
3) Darn, they just look so neat!
CON:
1) Some people don't like the added sensitivity.
2) More difficult to turn the wheel at stops or crawling speeds ie. parking.
Nobody says having gobs of horsepower is bad because is causes you to burn
the tires...
