AAA is richer than AAU. There's a needle profile program around
somewhere (probably on www.team.net) if you want the gory details
AAA might be the right needle for you, its largely a matter of trial
and error. Mostly error. An A/F gauge will help in tuning, or I
believe the "old school" way is to drive at a certain RPM for a little
while, then shut off the ignition and coast to a stop and check the
plugs for a nice tan colour, then go again at another RPM until you have
enough data points to know your needle is OK.
