I'm a bolt on wheel guy so the axle nut is right under the hub cap, the
center of the spinner is the same spot.

if you measure roughly straight up from the center of the spinner it is the
first part of the fender that you reach.  I think I meant to type top of
wheel opening.  Does that make more sense?
