MGA Engine Number

Greetings to all,

I've been lurking awhile but you'll hear from me more often now that I
picked up a '58 MGA last week (VBG).  I'm trying to identify the origin of
the engine that came with the car - it's not the original 15GB engine.  It
is a BMC "B" series engine, tho, and the number plate states 15-F-N-H-37733.
Anyone have an idea what this came out of?  Nash Metropolitan?
