Club Tax Liability (USA only)

As I've posted recently, our club is doing fine at our one year anniversary.
One issue we are currently addressing is the club tax liability and do we
need to file.  When we organized we got an EIN for setting up our bank
account.  We have not incorporated yet, but hope to do so in the near
future.

If anyone can give me any advise on this please reply off list.
