You can try squirting oil, but it may foul the plugs.  What I would do is
remove the plugs, disconnect the distributor leads (the primary, especially if
it is electronic) and crank the engine until I see oil pressure.  It may take
30-60 seconds.  Then I would install the plugs, reconnect the wires and go
from there.
