u-joint. Any tips on accomplishing this would be appreciated!-------------
I tapped the tapered end of an appropriate sized screwdriver into the
u-joint slot just enough to slightly enlarge the opening which allowed the
shaft to enter the hole. I then tapped around the u-joint with a ball pean
hammer and the u-joint easily slid into place. Be sure your shaft(s) are
not burred on the ends.
