Jacking up the bumper won't do it, because the bumper hits the body before
the spring steel mounting straps will take a set. Have to R&R the bumper
to put the steel mounting straps in a big vice and bend them back into
shape with a big Crescent wrench. With enough patience and two or there
fittings it's almost always salvageable. Otherwise $41.90 buys new spring
brackets?
