MGB Sighting in Nashville

Hello All.  On my visits to the Nashville, VA. I keep seeing this 73 +/- Red 
MGB.
It sits in front of an apartments on four jack stands.  A couple blocks from 
the VA. Fresh paint. Must be a hard core person. Doing a restoration in the
