Need Chrome Plater receommendation and seatbelt retaining bolts

I recently was able to locate a set of seatbelts for my 1968 B but they will
have to be redone. I The local chrome plater is not accepting new work because
he is far behind. I need a recommendation on a a mail order plater.

I also need the seatbelt retaining bolts, somehow miine have disappeared.
