The best thing to do after you done all the rest is to make sure there is oil pressure. Leave the plugs out, and crank the engine until there is oil pressure on the gauge. It may take 30-60 seconds if very dry. Then reinstall the plugs and start. This will make sure that there is oil in the passages and journals and will prevent a dry start.
