Heater Control

1970 MGB Roadster that still inst running well, tried everything you guys 
mentioned but it just wont co-operate so I will let the pros handle it at work 
tomorow. (I work with a BL mechanic) My question of the night is when is the 
heater valve fully on? when it is out all the way from the block or up close to 
it??
