Side Exhausts on British car...

The only "British" car with true side exhausts that I can think of were the 
Jaguar "C" type race cars and the ill-fated Jaguar XKSS sports cars that were 
made from the last of the "D" Type racers after the Feb. 1957 fire.   Albert
