AutoX New Boy

Am off to Worcester, Ma. tomorrow at noon (a twelve hour ride from western 
Ohio).    Going to a Lotus event, leaving the MGA at home.    I have decided to 
register for the autocross event .   I will be with the novices having never 
done this before.   Anyone with experience in this regard have any tips for the 
new boy?
