Fuel tank cleaning/coating

Hi Gang,
   The fuel tank on my '79 B is NASTY inside.  I don't 
want to spend $240 for a new tank and the metal of this 
tank is fine.  There is just surface rust inside from the flood 
water.  Any suggestions of cleaning it?  Who sells a liquid 
tank coating?  Thanks.
