Ron,
  Though he is not, to my knowledge, on the list, he has been discussed
on the list.  He is Phil Marino, 16199 Hidden Cove Drive, Riverside CA,
92503,  909-352-4419.  He rebuilds, replacing bearings and seals, and
tapers the shaft so the hub cannot wobble.  Seems to me that the job was
about $95 for my TD pump a year ago.  
  With the new bearings and seals, the grease nipple is no longer
necessary. He removes and discards. If you want it for appearance, remove
it before you ship the pump. Service was prompt, just a few days longer
than time in the postal system. I'm a happy customer.
