I'd knock him down to $9.50, and not a penny more...

But this begs the question, do you want a car to drive or a car to restore?  
I really thought I'd love restoring cars but I found out, I really only like 
driving them.  Poor Magnette, I'll put it together eventually.

But you know, if you only got a $10 budget, this is your B!
