I for one am somewhat baffled by the various and odd repugnant remarks about
the supposed "non-adaptability," and/or "accessibility" problems with the
Moss Motors web site. In all my on line dealings with Moss Motors I've never
once had any difficulty or problems other than your normal downloading
timeframes. And while I've never attempted to download an entire parts
catalog (Why,when I can get one mailed to me within 2-3 days!) As for
individual part(s), I have ordered quite a few times from Moss Motors and,
except for the rare order placement late on a Friday night , I've never had
to wait more than 3 days for my delivery. Plus, and this "PLUS" is worth more
than any dollar amount could ever buy, the individual, PERSONAL approach the
Moss representatives take with me and my order, be it a $10.00 or $1,000.00
order, is....."Priceless"! So next time you "feel" something is wrong with
Moss Motors, just think about all that is excellent and stellar about Moss
Motors! I have never been made to feel like I was just a number or just
another cog in a wheel by anyone at Moss, ever! Once when there was a bit of
confusion regarding my order, the matter was quickly resolved by Harry Haigh
(Mr. Honcho!) Remember they aren't # 1 because they were given that
position. No Way, they achieved that distinct honor through their dealings
with Millions of satisfied customers, like myself, who know the simple truth,
Moss Motors is the absolute best! There is NO ONE BETTER!. And they are about
the only big parts place that I know of that will dispense information with a
genuine concern for you the individual client, not the Almighty and
sanctified Dollar. (This testimony has been given of my own free will and I
have never been offered any gratuities nor remunerations of any sort) Albert
