Red/light-green is for the slower speed of the two.

Green (fused ignition) or green/black (fused accessories) wires feed the
wiper switch as well as the park circuit on the motor, so a problem here
could be blowing the fuse.

Radios were usually fused off the accessories position of the ignition.

You need to test the generator and connections between it and the control
box.

Tachs need a green (fused ignition) and a black (ground) for their power
supply as well as the white loop on the outside, which must carry the power
from the ignition switch to the coil.
