Simple procedure:
1: Disable the ignition circuit, e.g., pull the HT lead out of the coil.
2: Put a 1 5/16" socket w/breaker bar on the bolt.
3: Use it to crank the engine as far clockwise as you can, so that the bar is
against the chassis.
4: Get your hands out of there.
5: Momentarily 'bump' the starter.
6: Remove the bolt.
