My 77 B runs well except for the tranny, which has bad synchros and is prone
to making coffee grinder sounds at anything over a slow roll on the
downshift. My choices are to rebuild my existing tranny, buy a used one and
takes me chances or, perhaps, opt for a 5-speed. The 5-speed option is my
favorite. Can anyone suggest a 5-speed that would work in a 77 Roadster?
