I may be repeating myself here:

When I wired the driving lamp on the TD, I used another two
position, center off switch.  One position leaves the lamp on all
of the time.  The other position causes the lamp to come off and
on with the high beams.  The fog lamp is wired to the original
fog lamp switch.
