Dave, the ultimate TF replica was (probably an urban legend) four cars built in Abingdon. At the cocktail party where we met retired factory workers on the Circuit of Britain, two gents told me the story of the only serious theft at the MG works. Supposedly a few workers smuggled out all the parts for a number of TFs and actually assembled four of them before being caught. Now thats a replica! Mike |
