Unlikely, as their truing stands use a dummy axle to mount the wheel.
Motorcycle axles are usually a bar with a diameter in the range 3/4" to 1"
that fits through two relatively small roller bearings - nothing like the
front stub axle on an LBC which supports the splined hub on which a wire
wheel mounts.
