Getting back to my tach this evening I dissasembled it. I find that there is an adjustment pot and I'm able to calabrate it to a dwell/tach meter. The needle will intermitently start swinging, usually above 3000. I know for about $100 I can send it to a rebuilder. But what do they do to it? What usually needs to be done to it to get a steady needle? Dennis Cox 67 MGB |
