Craig,
If you can find it, I'd highly suggest a can of "PB Blaster". The stuff is
like magic for quickly unsticking rusty nuts and bolts. The can is yellow
and one of your local parts shops should have it -- just call around.
If you have an electrical outlet available, a sawz-all would probably be
good insurance too, if not, a hacksaw and take your vitamins! ;)
