"A" Temp guage not rising

Good Folks,
Started up the A coupe yesterday as I typically do over the winter
season and after letting it run for a while I noticed that the temp
guage, which usually works fine, was still sitting unmoved. Knowing this
to be very odd, I opened the hood and confirmed plenty of heat in top
hose and shut all off. Stuck thermostat?
Any ideas?
