I did just that, bought mine from Tony along with kits from Mr Mike's.

Head room apperars fine. They are direct bolt-on, right to the floor pan
complete with new track. The seats are reverse3d though, right is left and
left is right.
I got the speakered headrests and replaced the speakers with some better
ones.
The headrests are too tall for a tonneau I believe I didn't use mine much
anyway.
All in all, I like them very well.
