Norristown PA Swap Date?

It's usually the last Sunday in January right?  That would be the 29th this
year, as opposed to I think the multiple weather related delays of last year
which saw the swap happening in early March.

I didn't receive the usual flyer in the mail from Phila. MGs, so I'm curious for
confirmation.
