original MGA 1600 Mk-II exterior and interior colors

I'm looking for a web site or a book (or a human with encyclopedic knowledge
:-) that describes the original available factory exterior and interior color
combinations (and paint codes) for the MGA 1600 Mk-II roadster.  After 15
years, I'm finally having a frame-up done on mine, and I'm thinking about
changing the colors from the current Old English White exterior and red
interior.
