i would check the hydraulic slave on the clutch...first, then the clutch master cylinder... i have repaired many shifting problems with the two fixes above if either of the above are leaking down, then the pressure plate is not depressed enough to let the clutch slip, thus holding you in gear to check try pumping the pedal fast and see if your lbc will shift outa first...to second richard, brit/euro wrench, & restorer jags, mg's, triumphs, healeys,morgan,,etc bmw and m-benz alfa's |
