MGB vs. Engine Stand, Epilogue

For those interested --- the engine is now on the stand.  Thanks to all who sent
encouragement, hints and commiseration.  Addition of some (4) flat washers
between the arms of the stand and the engine spaced the stand far enough away
from the engine so that the crankshaft is not interfered with.  It's just my OF
density that makes it difficult to wean myself away from XPAG (TD) experiences
and expectations.  Thanks again.
