The more I thought about it, the more I recall some dashpots venting thru a small hole in the top of the screw in damper. You know the one that squirts the oil all over your motor when you overfill the piston. Then I recalled another dashpot with an internal venting hole. Some of those screw in tops are plastic and vent but the early ones are brass with no hole. Can anyone enlighten me as to which is the proper application for the 67 BGT?
