Jesse,
I've often wondered that myself when trying to find a tool to do a specific
job. There are a few of the tools available from all of the usual sources
like Moss such as a rear brake adjusting tool. I use my 1/4 in ratchet with
a socket reversed, whichever one fits on the 1/4 inch drive, and use the
square 1/4 inch to turn the adjuster. There are reamers available also at
quite a price, Moss suggests that each club buy one for it's members to use.
I think that the vast majority of the tools were used by the dealers and MG
mechanics only just like the specialty tools available for all auto
manufacturers. I seem to remember pricing a tool through British Leyland
when my MG was new and decided it was cheaper to let them do the work.
Maybe some of the listers from England can still get the tools?

Subject: British Leyland Tool
All,
Looking through my British Leyland Workshop Manual, I keep looking at the
wonderful drawings of British Leyland tools. It makes me wonder; where are
those tools now? Does anyone have any comments? Does anyone sell them, new
or used, anymore? I don't need a particular tool right now, just was
wondering.
It sure would be nice to have the right tool for the job,
Jesse
