I intend to do it, but haven't found the seats yet. (Well, I did find a pair
of black Miata seats in an Internet search. But they wanted $600 for the
pair. I'll go out a dig around the yard first.) I believe you just have to
drill new holes through the floorboards. Make sure you use decent bolts and
large washers to distribute the stress.
It is interesting that Midget seats are wider than MGB seats. So there are
probably more seats that fit.
