What horrible news this is!  Mike constantly made postings to this list and he
will be sorely missed.

It was at my suggestion that Mike submit the picture which appeared on the
cover of The Driver last winter...he was completly surprised when Kim actually
put it on the cover!

You will be missed Mike - Happy Birthday
