Two reports in a week show the UK has the cheapest petrol in Europe - before
tax, and the dearest after, leaving no one in any doubt as to who is the
perpetrator of this highway robbery (as if anyone was).  Makes the 'dump the
pump' campaign a little unfair in targetting its one oil company, it's a
failure anyway.  One filling station in south Wales is now charging
99.9pence per litre.
